THE PROCESS
STEP 1: FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
- We’ll schedule an initial phone consultation to discuss your career goals, go over our services, pricing, and payment options, and answer any questions.
STEP 2: AGREEMENT AND DOCUMENT COLLECTION
- Once we agree to proceed, you will receive an agreement and invoice for the services to be provided.
- In turn, you will provide, if available, a copy of your existing resume, copies of any job postings you wish to pursue, as well as copies of any other career documentation such as awards, certifications, training, military documents, and employer evaluations. Also, any social media handles you might have.
STEP 3: CUSTOMIZED QUESTIONNAIRE
- We will review the information you provide and prepare a customized questionnaire. The purpose is to help fill in any information gaps to ensure we include all your relevant accomplishments and highlight how you bring value to a potential employer.
STEP 4: IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW
- Once you respond to the questionnaire, we will schedule a phone interview session. This meeting will help crystalize your unique strengths, competitive edge, and value proposition.
STEP 5: DRAFT RESUME PACKAGE REVIEW
- Five (5) business days from our interview session (Step 4), job search documents will be created to present your skills, background, and accomplishments in a powerful career marketing package. Upon request, a shorter delivery may be considered, if the schedule allows.
- You will have up to 30 days to review and request changes. Once you are satisfied with the job search package we will move on to the last step.
STEP 6: COMPLETED PACKAGE FOR FINAL REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE
- The completed package will go through final editing and corrections. At this point, you will have one last opportunity to review the package before the final version is created.
- The completed package will be emailed to you in Microsoft Word, Rich Text (ASCII), and PDF formats.
